Application to the family court
To obtain the fixing or modification of measures established by the judge concerning the conditions for exercising parental authority, visiting and accommodation rights, maintenance or the habitual residence of your children. This form can be used by separated or divorced parents.

How do you go about it?
You can apply to the family court by letter. You must state your surname, first name, date and place of birth, address and those of your opponent, as well as the grounds for your claim.
Or you can send the documents to be provided, together with the supporting evidence requested, to the Court of Justice.
