Maurice Mignon independent residence

The establishment opened its doors in 1990 under the name of "Residence for the Elderly" (RPA). It became a municipal service in 2005, then an independent residence in 2016. It's a place to meet, share and exchange thanks to its restaurants (administrative and retired) and its events open to all the town's retired people.

How are the homes?  

The residence comprises private homes and communal areas dedicated to community living, including an air-conditioned foyer. Located in the town centre, its tenants can take advantage of the proximity of shops, municipal services and the public transport network.

All Montataire pensioners can apply for accommodation at the independent residence if they meet the following criteria: they must be able-bodied, independent and over 60 years of age.

How can I get accommodation?

The 38 homes are in high demand and are allocated on the basis of an application. To promote access to all categories of the local population, the municipality is keen to maintain affordable rents ranging from €470 to €570 per monthincluding lunches at the municipal restaurant from Monday to Saturday.
