Application for Suppémentaire Santé Solidaire

The Complémentaire Santé Solidaire (CSS) scheme provides supplementary health cover. Depending on your level of income, the CSS may be granted on a means-tested basis. If approved, the CSS is either free of charge or requires a financial contribution from the applicant (for small amounts). This is for people attached to the health insurance scheme (CPAM, MGEN, MSA, etc.) and their dependants (children, etc.).

How do you go about it?

  • You can follow the approach on the site ameli.fr for people registered with the Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie.
  • Or send your application the organisation to which you are affiliated (CPAM, MSA, MGEN, etc.).
