The mayor and elected representatives

Montataire Town Council, elected on 15 March 2020 in municipal elections for the 2020-2026 term, is made up of 33 councillors.

The "Citoyen-ne-s rassemblé-e-s pour Montataire" list won an absolute majority of votes with 55.33 % at the last elections in March 2020. It was thus awarded twenty-seven of the thirty-three seats, while the other seats were distributed proportionally among all the lists that obtained at least 5 % of the votes, including the list that came first. Then, in May 2020, the municipal council elected Jean-Pierre Bosino as mayor of Montataire.
