Demolition permit (PD)

An application for a demolition permit, using the form provided, must be made for any work intended to demolish or render unusable all or part of a building.
If the project is also subject to a prior declaration, planning permission or building permit, the demolition declaration is included, thereby avoiding the need to submit a demolition permit. In this case, the time taken to process the demolition declaration is included in the time taken to process the prior declaration, planning permission or building permit, without adding to it.

You can also take appointment from the Town Planning and Land Department.

Documents to be provided :

• List included in the Cerfa form for demolition permits: service-public.fr/individuals/yourrights/F17669
• Provide 3 copies of the complete application

Deadlines 

The processing time is 2 months3 months if the Architecte des Bâtiments de France is consulted.
