Request for the use of a mini bus

Associations and local organisations can make it easier for you to get around by loaning a vehicle free of charge.

How do you go about it?

The request does not constitute acceptance. Several applications may be submitted for the same date, giving rise to arbitration (15 days before the date).

No loans during school holidays (including weekends).

A vehicle loan agreement must be signed prior to the first loan request. Please contact childcare services to arrange this.

Documents to be provided :

On first requestPlease enclose a certificate of civil liability insurance.
Completed loan form
Driving licence

Deadlines

Submitting the application up to 72 hours before if the agreement is signed.
