Appointment for National Identity Card - Passport
An identity card is valid for 10 years for minors and adults.
A passport is valid for 5 years for minors and 10 years for adults.
How do you go about it?
- Pre-apply online to complete your application.
- Make an appointment on our platform. You can then take your fingerprints and submit your completed application with the required documents (Annexes).
If the identity document is lost or stolen during the application process, a €25 tax stamp will be required.
A reminder email and text message will be sent to your mobile phone the day before the appointment.
Anyone arriving more than 5 minutes late will have to make another appointment. If you are unable to attend, please notify the town hall reception as soon as possible by calling 03 44 64 44 44.. - Pick up your identity document once you have received the e-mail or text message. Tickets can be collected without an appointment, but only on the following days and at the following times :
- Monday from 1pm to 4pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 4pm
- Saturday from 9am to 11am
Passport and identity card holders aged 12 and over must be present when they receive their passport or identity card.
In the case of a renewal, the old ticket must be returned to our services. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue the new ticket.
Please note: "Any passport and/or national identity card not collected within 3 months of being made available shall be destroyed" (art.12 decree no. 2005-i726 of 30/12/2005).

Deadlines
The time taken to obtain the permit varies, and can be longer in the run-up to holidays (from 2 to 8 weeks depending on the time of year).
