Le Citizen's Licence Pass is financial aid of €600, with no means-testing, allocated by the Conseil départemental de l'Oise to all young people in the Oise region aged between 18 and 19.

Le BAFA Citizen Pass is financial assistance of €300, with no means-testing, allocated by the Conseil départemental de l'Oise to all young Oisiens aged between 18 and 25. The aim is to help young people finance the costs of BAFA and BAFD training courses.
