Médaille d'honneur du travail: conditions and procedures

La médaille d'honneur du travail is an official distinction awarded to private-sector employees for their length of service and the quality of their career path. 

There are several levels, depending on seniority:

  • Silver (20 years)
  • Vermeil (30 years)
  • Gold (35 years)
  • Grand gold (40 years)

These periods may be reduced in certain cases (arduous career, disability, etc.).
