Call for applications from associations

Renewal of the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale Board of Directors

The Centre Communal d'Action Sociale runs a general prevention and social development programme in the municipality, working closely with public and private institutions. Following the 2026 municipal elections, the Board of Directors of Montataire's Centre Communal d'Action Sociale is up for re-election. Pursuant to articles L.123-6, R.123-11 and R.123-12 of the Code de l'Action Sociale et des Familles, the Mayor will make the appointment:

  • A representative of the Union Départementale des Associations Familiales (Departmental Union of Family Associations)
  • A representative of associations working in the field of integration and the fight against exclusion
  • A representative of associations for the elderly and pensioners
  • A representative of disabled people's associations

Within the CCAS Board of Directors, the said associations may propose persons likely to represent them by sending it a list of at least three persons, unless this is impossible and duly justified. Associations with the same purpose may propose a joint list.

To be eligible, applications must relate to :
Duly authorised by the association to represent it, it being stipulated that the association must have its registered office in the department; ;

Carrying out preventive, promotional or social development activities in the community.

Are not suppliers of goods or services to the CCAS and do not have a service relationship with the CCAS; ;

Who are not members of the town council.

Applications must be sent to the Mayor no later than 17 April 2026 or handed in at the Town Hall reception desk at the following address: Mairie de Montataire, place Auguste Génie 60 160 Montataire.
