What kind of region will 2045 bring?

The town of Montataire, a member of the Creil Sud Oise conurbation, invites you to a public consultation meeting to work together to imagine the future of our region by 2045.

Organised by Joint Syndicate of the Creillois Basin and Brethoise Valleysin partnership with lOise-les-Vallées town planning agencyThis meeting will focus on draft guidelines and objectives document (DOO) from Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT).

This strategic document concerns the territories of the Community of Communes of Liancourtois Vallée Dorée and l'Greater Creil Sud OiseIt sets out the major development priorities for the next 20 years.

Why is this important?

This meeting is an opportunity for all local residents to come and find out more, ask questions and share their point of view on key issues affecting our daily lives:

  • Housing
  • Getting around
  • The environment
  • The economy
  • Major projects
  • The living environment

The objective is clear: building a shared vision for the region up to 2045. Your ideas and expectations will feed into the draft DOO, a roadmap for local public policy. It is therefore time to have your sayMake your needs and ideas heard, and help build a shared future.
