Parenthood Day

Parenthood is not a smooth ride... That's why the town of Montataire, in partnership with the CAF de l'Oise, the Ligue de l'enseignement and the Maison des Ados, is organising a Parenting Day open to all on Wednesday 4 June, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Salle de la Libération (8 bis rue des Déportés).

Objective The aim is to provide a forum for discussion, listening and sharing, to help families understand their children better... while taking care of themselves.

On the programme:

10am to 12pm:

• Sensory stimulation for toddlers - Light shows, scent pots...
• Baby Gym with a sports instructor
• Language and oral disorders - Awareness-raising by a speech therapist
• Breastfeeding - Discussions with a perinatal support worker

From 10am to 4pm (non-stop):

• Gestural communication (songs, stories...)
• Communication space for all
• Creative family workshops using recycled materials
• Parent/child sharing space with the Famili Bus

From 12.30pm to 4pm:

• Musical awakening
• Company themes with La Maison des Ados :
  • Screen management
  • Harassment / cyberbullying
  • Emotional and sexual life

At the same time, you will be able to meet the municipal services (early childhood, school reception, youth, etc.) at their stands.

An accessible, enriching and convivial event to fill up on information, advice and ideas to share with the whole family.
