Ceremony - Bastille Day

As it does every year, the town of Montataire is taking part in the patriotic associations to commemorate the Bank holidaysThis is a key moment in our collective memory and in our republican values.

Monday 14 July 2025 at 10.30amresidents are invited to come together in front of the Edmond Léveillé school complexthe starting point for the republican parade which will join the Place de la Mairie.

This solemn morning will be marked by :

• Le commemorative parade across the city
• La official ceremony with the laying of wreaths, a speech by the municipality and a performance of La Marseillaise
• An atmosphere worthy of the values of liberty, equality, fraternity

At the end of the ceremony, a wine reception will be offered to all in the basement B of the Town Hall.
