EMM Open House - Parkour

The association Espérance Municipale de Montataire offers you parkour. It's the art of getting from one point to another by respecting 2 principles: fluidity and efficiency, while performing acrobatics.

Other activities :

  • Early years from 15 months, able-bodied and disabled children, Wednesday mornings 10 and Saturday mornings 13 September. Timetable according to year of birth.
  • Fitness: 10 group fitness classes, from 8 to 19 September, at various gyms in Montataire and at the Marie Curie complex in Nogent-sur-Oise.
  • Handi gym, for adults in care homes, IME... or at home, on request. Sessions are fun and friendly.
  • Leisure and competitive apparatus gymnastics for ages 6 and over.
