MONDAY 6 OCTOBER: PLEIN AIR

Walking workshop and sports activities on a health trail by students from the Lycée André Malraux Certificat de spécialisation animation" and "Aide soin et service à la personne" sections. The course will be adapted to suit your physical abilities.
Make sure you wear trainers.

After the effort, a vitamin drink concocted by residents will be offered to all participants.
// 2pm: In the Prieuré urban park
Le Priory urban park is a green space covering more than 30 hectares right in the middle of the city! A real green lung! The area is maintained to preserve its rich flora and fauna. On your walk, you might come across a few moorhens, ducks, great crested grebes and, with a bit of luck, deer. The tour is offered by Alice Héniquewetlands technician at the Thérain Valley intercommunal association.
TUESDAY 7 OCTOBER :

After a good coffee, get moving, have fun and stay in shape! Join our line dancing class, led by dance teacher Karine.

WEDNESDAY 8 OCTOBER :
ART AND FILM in partnership with the cultural department

After sharing a coffee, would you like to see yourself in a new light and with a sense of humour? Discover caricature with a professional, Jean Marie Lagadec. You'll learn the art of caricature: how to exaggerate features, sketch an expression and above all have fun together.
// 2pm: Cinéma Le Palace
For 2€50 per person take part in the screening of the comedy " Case départ "starring Fabrice Eboué and Thomas Ngijol. Régis, an integrated executive, and Joël, unemployed and angry, are two half-brothers with nothing in common. Called to Martinique to see their dying father, they inherit a deed of emancipation from one of their enslaved ancestors. Contemptuous, they tear it up. Their aunt, outraged, magically sends them back to 1780, at the height of the slave era. A satirical comedy with a fantastic twist, combining black humour, social criticism and a powerful message about slavery and the transmission of history.

Have a chat over a cup of coffee, and then it's off to the video games! (Re)discover simple, fun and accessible digital games. On the programme: games of reflection, sport or cooperation... A chance to share a moment of complicity while stimulating memory and coordination.

Back to the classics with board games for all tastes. Compete in card games, dominoes, board games and quizzes. It's a great way to get together for a chat, share a laugh, tell a few anecdotes and show your ingenuity.

To mark the end of the Semaine Nationale des Retraités, the independent residence is opening its doors to the general public. The team and residents invite you to come and visit the rooms and discover this warm and welcoming environment. Get up close to the residents' day-to-day lives, talk to the staff and immerse yourself in an atmosphere where well-being and conviviality are at the heart of our concerns. Retirees, future retirees, families and the curious are all welcome!

" Hallucination "a mentalism show at 2€50 per seat. Whether you love hypnosis or hate it, this show is for you! Here, no one will collapse on stage, forget their first name or their mother tongue. Because this isn't a hypnosis show, it's a show about hypnosis. If you think hypnosis is extraordinary and supernatural, you're bound to leave disappointed. But if you think hypnosis is a big scam, you may well come away amazed. Shake up your certainties and question the beliefs surrounding hypnosis together. Enjoy a good coffee after the show too!
