EMM Open House - From 15 months

The association Espérance Municipale de Montataire offers gymnastics for young children aged 15 months and over, both able-bodied and disabled children.

On the programme: 

• giant motor skills course (to learn to swing, roll, walk on the beam, etc.)
• team games (hoops, balls, etc.)
• nursery rhymes

It's the ideal activity for sharing a special moment with mum, dad, auntie, granddad... Each child must be accompanied by an adult on the practice area. Comfortable sportswear is recommended for both child and adult.

Other activities :

• Fitness: 10 group fitness classes, from 8 to 19 September, at various gyms in Montataire and at the Marie Curie complex in Nogent-sur-Oise.
• Parkour, urban gymnastics for 2016, 2015 and older, Wednesday 10 from 8pm to 9.15pm and Friday 12 September from 8.15pm to 9.30pm. 
• Handi gym, for adults in care homes, IME... or at home, on request. Sessions are fun and friendly.
• Leisure and competitive apparatus gymnastics for ages 6 and over.
