From 2026 onwards, they will take place every year: one <strong>between 15 April and 5 May<\/strong>, and the second <strong>between 15 October and 5 November<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is affected? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>They concern : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">legal entities that own, are entitled to or manage built and unbuilt land (in particular social landlords, co-ownerships, property managers, heads of public and private establishments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">wastewater and stormwater network managers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">holders of heating and heating network operation contracts, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">as well as all the shops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This does not apply to individuals who are owner-occupiers of their primary or secondary residence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we need to do? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The persons concerned are required to check the condition of ventilation or drainage grilles, and to block all non-functional openings used by rodents to gain access to buildings or sewers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Each year, a deratting certificate must be provided to the Town Hall within one month of the treatment period. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"highlight\">\n                <div class=\"highlight__description\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mairie-montataire.fr\/en\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ARR-2026-N074-PERMANENT-deratisation.pdf\/\"><strong>For more details, consult the decree <\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mairie-montataire.fr\/en\/app\/uploads\/2026\/04\/ARR-2026-N074-PERMANENT-deratisation.pdf\/\">permanent <\/a>from the Mayor here.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pour lutter efficacement contre l&rsquo;infestation de rongeurs, la Ville d\u00e9ploie deux campagnes de d\u00e9ratisation annuelles obligatoires sous arr\u00eat\u00e9 permanent de Monsieur le Maire. \u00c0 compter de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2026, elles auront lieu chaque ann\u00e9e : l&rsquo;une entre le 15 avril et le 5 mai, et la seconde entre le 15 octobre et le 5 novembre.
