Following the 2026 municipal elections, the Board of Directors of Montataire's Centre Communal d'Action Sociale is up for re-election. Pursuant to articles L.123-6, R.123-11 and R.123-12 of the Code de l'Action Sociale et des Familles, <strong>the Mayor will make the appointment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">A representative of the Union D\u00e9partementale des Associations Familiales (Departmental Union of Family Associations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">A representative of associations working in the field of integration and the fight against exclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">A representative of associations for the elderly and pensioners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">A representative of disabled people's associations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the CCAS Board of Directors, the said associations may propose persons likely to represent them by sending it a list of at least three persons, unless this is impossible and duly justified.
