{"id":6144,"date":"2025-05-09T12:52:20","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T12:52:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mairie-montataire.fr\/?page_id=6144"},"modified":"2025-09-29T08:45:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T08:45:42","slug":"the-new-national-urban-renewal-programme-npnru","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mairie-montataire.fr\/en\/s-informer\/finances-projets-de-la-ville\/le-nouveau-programme-national-de-renouvellement-urbain-npnru\/","title":{"rendered":"The New National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The NPNRU in the Martinets district<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The town of Montataire and the social landlords Oise Habitat and SA HLM de l'Oise have launched a new urban regeneration project in the Martinets district.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The project is also being developed with local residents, through consultation workshops.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It follows on from the 1<\/strong><strong><sup>er<\/sup><\/strong><strong> urban renewal project launched in 2006 and completed in 2015. In 2014, this agency launched a major programme to fund work in priority neighbourhoods: the New National Urban Renewal Programme. In 2015, the Martinets district project was designated as being of regional interest by the ANRU, enabling it to be funded. The ANRU is funding the project to the tune of \u20ac1 million.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Martinets urban renewal project has been designated as being of regional interest, the <strong>Regional Council<\/strong> is also helping to finance the project. It is providing <strong>3 million euros<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The landlord is also financing a large part of this project, to renovate 449 homes and demolish 39.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>Oise Habitat<\/strong> is investing nearly <strong>20 million euros<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">La <strong>SA HLM de l'Oise<\/strong> invests <strong>8 million euros<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Ville<\/strong> finances improvements to traffic flow, parking, green spaces and play areas. It is investing nearly <strong>3 million euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other State subsidies, such as the Dotation Politique de la Ville (City Policy Grant) and the Fonds National d'Am\u00e9nagement et de D\u00e9veloppement du Territoire (National Fund for Territorial Planning and Development) are also contributing to the funding of this project.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-image project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Martinets Urban Renewal Project, two films were made in summer 2022 by <strong>Marine Schneider with local residents<\/strong>. It was also an opportunity to present the planned developments to residents.  It was also an opportunity for those present to ask questions and discuss the work ahead.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On 9 October 2024, a 2<sup>e<\/sup>&nbsp;public meeting<\/strong>&nbsp;took place. It provided an opportunity to present the final design for the Esplanade Fernand Tuil and the layout of the car parks around the shopping centre and the Jack Decour school entrance before the work begins. It was also an opportunity to talk with those present and answer questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Martinets Urban Renewal Project (PRU), a major milestone has been reached with the launch of the <strong>partial demolition of the buildings at 50 and 52 avenue Anatole France<\/strong> in Montataire.
