Citizenship, Prevention and Mediation Department (CPM)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Their role is to welcome, listen to, advise and guide residents on a day-to-day basis. It eases tensions and facilitates dialogue. In the evenings, they provide a social presence throughout the city, helping to create and\/or consolidate links between residents. It acts as an interface between the public and the institutions, and raises awareness of people's rights and responsibilities. In collaboration with its partners, it implements preventive measures against violence, addictive behaviour and truancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are facing a neighbourhood dispute, a difficult parent-child relationship or truancy. You need information to help you with your enquiries, are encountering difficulties with institutions, or one of your children is causing problems (truancy, behavioural problems, etc.) and you don't know how to resolve them. The CPM service can provide you with support and help you resolve your situation.
