In particular, the municipal services welcome :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trainees and apprentices,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pass' Permis Citoyen beneficiaries,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Civic Service Volunteers,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Seasonal employees.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To help young people who have left the school system at the age of sixteen, the City finances two integration structures: <a href=\"https:\/\/mairie-montataire.fr\/en\/directories\/associations\/youth-education-and-integration\/jadinsert\/\">Jad'Insert<\/a> and the Atelier de la Pierre d'Angle, which run integration projects in Montataire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trainees and apprentices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year, the town welcomes more than a hundred trainees from secondary schools and university to give them their first professional experience. All levels of study are accepted, from secondary school to university +5, subject to an agreement with the training organisation. Secondary school pupils are given the opportunity to discover various municipal services, while students studying for a professional degree are actively involved in projects in return for remuneration. It is a unique experience for young people aged 16 to 25, extended to 30 if they have a disability, and no qualifications are required.
