If you are in the process of applying for social housing but have not received a suitable offer, the DALO appeal may enable you, subject to certain conditions and availability, to be allocated social housing as a matter of urgency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Here are the different situations in which you can take advantage of this remedy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n To make a DALO appeal : <\/p>\n\n\n\n The application should be sent to the secretariat of the DALO mediation commission in the department in which you wish to obtain social housing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Oise Departmental Directorate for Social Cohesion<\/strong> The commission must render its decision within 3 months from the date of acknowledgement of receipt of your DALO appeal<\/strong>. After this deadline, if no suitable proposal has been made, it is possible to appeal to the administrative court within 4 months.
