Martinets Town Hall (MAM)
Serving the needs of Montatairiens, the MAM houses the housing department, which facilitates relations between applicants and the town's landlords, and assists residents in their search for accommodation. It also offers a wide range of services:
- Issues Pass'Solidarité passes for the elderly, swimming pool cards, certificates and administrative forms.
- Offers drop-in and drop-out sessions with various partners, covering topics such as youth, legal issues, entrepreneurship and victim support.
Immigration law
At the MAM you can process and send the following applications:
- From family reunification
This applies to you if you are a non-European foreign national residing in France with a residence permit, and you are planning to bring your spouse and minor children to France.
This applies to you if you have family ties in France, have rendered services to France (e.g. enlistment in the Foreign Legion), or benefit from international protection (such as refugee status).
Social housing
Social housing is intended for people on modest incomes or in financial difficulty. Managed by public bodies or associations, they offer below-market rents, enabling everyone to have a decent roof over their heads.
How to apply for social housing

Make a online request or submit your application to the landlord(s) of your choice or at the MAM, which is the registration office*.

You are about to receive your unique social housing application registration number.

It is possible to update, extend or delete the request You can do this by online or at the MAM.

Creation of a monitoring system for your application to the Montataire housing department. This will enable us to take better account of your situation when dealing with the commune's social landlords, the only bodies authorised to allocate social housing.
* Since 2020, Montataire Town Hall's housing department has become a registrar for social housing applications on the national registration system. This means it can receive applications, register them, check documents, update information and monitor applications.
When applying for social housing and/or an exchange, make sure that your rent is up to date. Any debt will automatically result in your application being rejected when it is examined by the committee.

Social housing in Montataire is not owned by the town but by social landlords with whom it has a partnership.
