Britannicus Musical Circus
by the Compagnie Les Épis Noirs

In a travelling theatre troupe, a thundering "Monsieur Loyal" leads his actors by the whip to tell you the true - and no less monstrous - story of Britannicus. It all happens in a single day in Rome. In May 68 AD, on the day of his coronation, Nero, placed on the throne by the timely assassination of his father Claudius by his beloved mother Agrippina, kidnaps Junia, the beloved fiancée of his brother Britannicus. All this will send the characters into a delirious, jubilant fury.
Musical, rock, popular and crazy theatre!
